Insole Length 11cm(4.3 inches)  tag size is 12 suitable for age 0-6 Months
Insole Length 12cm(4.7 inches) tage size is 13 suitable for age 6-12 Months
Insole Length 13cm(5.1 inches) tage size is 14 suitable for age 12-18 Months

Note:
There might be 0.5-1cm difference due to the manual measurement. 
Please measure your baby's foot length first, then pick the correct size according to size table by foot length.
